“pin it, bin it, get back on it”



That works if you are under 25, if you are over 40, buy a great deal of hi-quality body armour and do the pin it stuff until it hurts too much to go on. While you are recovering find a soft muddy field or sandy course and practice lots of slow speed stuff : full lock figure 8’s, stop start wheely-stoppies, front and rear wheel rolling lockups. This kind of “boring stuff” is probably what will actually improve your riding in all conditions.
